Most of our wigs are adjustable and fit average to large head sizes with built-in straps and combs. If you're between sizes or unsure, measure around your hairline with a soft tape measure and message us on WhatsApp, and we're happy to help you pick the right fit before you order.

Wash gently every 7-10 wears with sulphate-free shampoo, let it air dry on a wig stand, and store it away from direct sunlight when not in use. Avoid brushing when wet, detangle with fingers or a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends.

Our wigs are made from raw human hair, so light heat styling with a low-heat setting is fine for most pieces. We recommend leaving colour changes to a professional stylist rather than home dyeing, to protect the quality of the hair.

Delivery is free on orders over R1000. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days across South Africa, depending on your location.

For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned or exchanged if unworn, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
